Everyone keeps telling me how skinny I am... I'm so pleased but at the same time don't think it's enough. But I'm also worried because some friends made a comment during gym fitness testing.

We take our height and weight for reference. I am 15 (16 in five months), 5'6", medium build and 118lbs. I was almost 140lbs back in August. Another girl stepped onto the scale after me and turned to me and said how skinny I was. She weighs the same as me... But she has a medium build and is 5'2"-ish. Should I be concerned?

I sort of want to be at 110lbs...

EDIT: I was 125lbs approx. at the beginning of last week.

Thanks. One part of me feels like it's a bad thing but another part of me seriously just wants to lose more weight. *sigh* Just rambling I guess. Even considered trying for 100 rather than 110. Not sure why. Just because. I keep getting all these compliments... It's nice.

EDIT: Suddenly, my mind just said 'FUCK IT' and decided to go make dinner. I'm hungry. I want to eat... but I don't want to gain the weight. I don't want to think about how much I'm eating tonight. I just want this ever-worsening (and quickly-) issue to leave me alone!

That "fuck it" thought is what you should have all the time. If you don't weigh yourself it's much easier to have that mindset.

IMO, you can never be too skinny, but that's just my disorder talking and that will never change - simply because I can't help it.

However, no. You are not too thin. You're fine.

I tend to disagree.

When i was in hospital a girl had a bmi of 12 and she was 16 and looked like a 8 year old.

It made me cry when i hugged her...she was weeks away from death.

Sorry i know it's the illness, but im also diagnosed with an eating disorder and i know for a fact you can be stoo skinny <3 xxxxxxxxxx

That was the main video that hit me the hardest. Her struggle, her appearance, and that she died last November, at age 28.

Yes, but <18.5 I believe is classed as underweight. You're not far away from that at all.
