Have you ever had a bad trip?

I`ve taken my fair share of unknown pills from jacked up friends, but
the worst thing I probably could have done, was shrills. What is it? Hell, I don`t know other then a hallucinant. A disgusting yellowish, brownish liquid. I was 12, and had watched my friends shoot up before. It looked like fun to me at the time. Never a bad trip to them. When I asked what is was, I was told shrills. Well, I was an idiot and decided to try it out one night, and the night after that, and the night after that. You really don`t understand the term 'Hear the colors and see the sounds' untill you`ve tried something like that. My first two experinces were great. Its almost as if you get lost inside your own virtual world. My third time I had a horrible trip though. I puked all over the place and literately thought the sky was going to fall. It all lasted several hours, and completely detered me from drugs all together. I`m very fortunate I didn`t contract anything, or get addicted to the stuf. I haven`t taken any drugs (other then medication of course) ever since.

First time I tried peyote I was pretty fucking scared. Can't really remember much other than being freaked out by something. Other than that, I haven't really had any trips that were extremely bad.

Most of my trips have been difficult ones tbh, but I've only had one truly terrible one on shrooms. Was new to tripping and took way more than I meant to and I was stuck in my head and thought I'd never see the real world again and pissed myself. Nothing has ever compared to that shroom trip for me, I'm pretty sure I'm incapable of flipping out like that ever again...

The worst that's happened to me? Sitting in a forest thinking I could see a little green leprechaun dancing about and talking to me and my mate. Had pretty much gone through an eighth of strong home grown in about 20 minutes just before. Good times.

I don't believe in bad trips. My reason being that most every trip, if viewed correctly, will teach you something about yourself, or life, that you didn't already know. Some experiences might be scary or emotional, but those are some of the best ones to learn something from. But, if I consider one of my scary trips to be bad, this is the one that creeped me out the most was when I took almost 4gs of mushrooms myself.. Wow. I was sitting in my room listening to music when I dosed off and fell asleep. I had one of the craziest dreams, so lucid and vivid. My dream was that my "soul" or all of my body's energy rose out of my actual body and I could float around. Somehow I ended up in a black void, where I could see "layers" of what was earth, and another dimension. It's easier if I explain it like this. Imagine sticking your fingers through the surface of water in a fish tank. To you, that's what you see exactly: your fingers going through the water. But to fish underneath, they see four individual, unusual, weird objects going through their world. That's exactly what I saw. I saw this "hand" that was made up of pure energy, with strands coming off of it over to the surface of earth. Where earth and those strands met, were people. The people that were attached to that hand all had very similar personalities and acted very similar, but they could be across the world from each other. I started looking around more and saw that there were tons of hands with strands coming off until every single person on earth was attached to a hand. I don't know why, but this creeped me the hell out for some reason, just seeing that we can all be attached like that was scary to me. But still I gained something out of it and I'm glad that I had the experience.

One time I took 2C-E (Europa) and started out having a really good trip, but I found out that another friend that was puking foam from the same chem I became worried about my own wellbeing his and how the other person I was with was gonna handle is first hallucinogenic experience. It became so overwhelming that at one point I tricked myself into believing I was dead and stuck in hell (friends basement) just having things repeat themselves constantly and watching swirls on the wall just slide around it was just torture at a point.

But I wouldn't call it a bad trip as Sordid_Saint said I learned quite a bit out of it.

I've been in a massive K-Hole (Ketamine.) I fished out on nitrous and got a concussion and I've had a wicked hard trip, I wouldnt say it was bad at all it was just so messed up. I dropped 11 tabs, and my mind was blown.

My worst trip was this one time I was with my brother doing shrooms and my brother was in the doorway and I believed the door was eating him and it was going to get me next.

Not necessarily a bad trip, but I think my friend did accompanying me. We had consumed shrooms that night. The trip was amazing (I probably couldn't have thought of one single negative thing that night, although I don't recommend anyone going into that type of drug with that particular expectation) but my friend and I were in the kitchen, looking for something to eat and I took out a butter knife. And he's all like "Whoooooooooooooooooooooooooa," like I was actually going to stab him. I think he even phrased it "pulled a knife out on me." Such a bitch ass exaggeration, but I'm guessing he got a little freaked out. o.O

After having cannabis, nitrous oxide, salvia divinorum, alcohol and ketamine in the same week I still have yet to have a bad trip, or bad experience at all. *shrugs* That said not all of them were "pleasant" or "fun". Having teeth ripped out on ketamine isn't meant to be I don't suppose.

Traumatizing. I hated it, I was crying, and everyone was just laughing at me.

Then when it was over the house was rolling on a rock-slide and we were all about to die.

only done shrooms a couple times, but I do remember the intensity waves that take you in this trip, and because of your mental state you just spiral down, my friend who is amazing at psychedelics guided me off them. other than that, pure epicness.

Oh my god. Yes... Worst night of my life. I was trippin really hard and i was terrified from sixish, until i finally could sleep around four or five... to have work at eight, it sucked. I'm not going to go into depth because you guys probs don't want to hear it, but I have never felt so alone and isolated before in my life... I was in a car with 4 other people.

Yep one time during first period in school I popped 3 vicodin pills and twenty minutes later I had terrible migraine, cold sweat, stomach aches, and the worst because it was so noticeable, my face went from really tan ( I live in Florida so it's pretty tan) to paper white, everybody told me to go home cause I looked dead then in 2nd period I pikes then passed out. I still do vics but never had a bad trip before or after it. Idk what happened.
