Honestly I dont thing you can call that a suit, where I live that is juat a normal dress-up. But I am fine with that. Sometimes when we go for the sophisticated look it is normally a pair of jeans, a nice button down shirt, pair of black dress shoes and a blazer.

Sounds more like something you'd wear to church or a funeral. If people want to wear them casually, that's their choice. Instead of looking nice and spiffy they'll just look normal after a while.

Suits are for formal events. Audition, church, funeral, competition, interview, wedding, dance, speech, a higher profile job, etc.
I do not think it's appropriate to wear a suit to school or out shopping or for "casual". It's formal because it is a suit and you will look strange/out of place/dumb if you wear it somewhere else.
Now let's hope we're talking about the same thing. A suit is basically pants and a jacket that are the same color. Wearing a jacket and chinos or a jacket and jeans is not the same as a suit.

If you want a girls opinion, I think it would be nice to see more guys wearing suits around school. I get kind of sick of that 'gangster' look that everyone seems to have these days. Hope this helped! :)

And I have to argue and say yeah, you can not wear gangster shit and also not wear a suit. Say, a t-shirt? Or a polo shirt? Or layer? Or a vest? Or a cardigan? Or a hoodie? Or shorts? Not a suit?

I see what you're saying, and I'm not saying wear a suit all the time, but I think it's nice seeing a guy get dressed up and spiffy every once in a while, instead of what everyone usually wears. I'm sorry... maybe I wasn't clear enough.

If your casual attire is formal, my first impression is that you're either very tightly wound, a workaholic, an overachiever, or likely all three. Seriously man, suits have their uses, from losing your independence to a woman or robbing a bank, but if all you want to do is look sophisticated, then just go for a blazer or something, not the full deal.

At my high school in my sisters class there was a kid who wore a suit everyday to school just because he wanted to and everyone called him suit kid. you can be the next suit kid!

Regular suits are not formal clothing, though these days they are usually worn as formal attire. Suits are actually more informal attire. Suits are usually worn in weddings etc. but that's actually incorrect. Formal clothing is like tuxedos and frock coats etc.
If you want to wear a suit every day, go ahead. They also wore them everyday back in the good old days.
But actually, dress pants with dress shoes and a dress shirt with tie isn't a suit. Suit means that there's pants and coat that are exactly the same material and look.

There were no good old days.

That depends. I meant the 30's and 40's with the good old days. People dressed nicer instead of being sloppy and men used to groom their hair nicely etc.
Even those who were pretty poor, dressed pretty nicely.
Ofc, there was WWII and the great depression, but I'm pretty sure people were happier back then, though they had a hard time. These days almost everyone is depressed, even though we don't have a lack of food or anything.
So, you could say there was "the good old days". Depends on what things you look at.

I personally think that sounds horrible. Blazer, shirt, tie and jeans with nike sneakers! In a wedding! Sorry, that outfit is way too casual for a wedding IMO.
