Can penis shape change?

I am ok with mine, but a guy I know has a really big head compared to his shaft. Even when he is hard his shaft is really skinny. Will his shaft ever get thicker when hard?

Yeah. when you're having an erection blood rushes into the skin tissue of your penis(making it bigger) so it's likely that the shaft will get bigger during erection at some point.

It depends somewhat how far along he is in puberty. If he is early on then the shaft may thicken because that tends to happen towards the end of puberty. If he is also pretty far on then there may no change. It is just part of the wide variety of normal dicks.

Yes the shaft will thicken later in puberty. That hasn't happened to me but frieds say it has happened to them

Its probably just growing at a different rate, like everyone else said, it all depends how far he his in puberty.
