Photoshop?

I use Adobe Photoshop CS5 in my classes. How much would it cost to get it for my computer? And does is come on a cd or do you download it?

tis a lot of money actually.
its much cheaper to get older versions and i think just as good.
i didnt like CS5 that much.

Anywhere from £0 to £800. You can get it for absolutely free in the UK if you so wished.

You can download a free 30 day trial from the adobe website but then you would need to pay after that or get round it some other way. It might be worth asking your school if they can give out educational licenses / have a site license which you could use for a copy of it on your laptop, I know that my old school used to do that with some software.
