ok so Im 19 and I wanna kno if its normal that my right ball is lower then my left ball I can take all 5 of my fingers and put them around my right, but when I try to do that with the left side it hurts. So do u see the difference in size? I do jack off and cum and a large amt does come out prob about 2 teaspoon fulls each day. The doc also said I was "really close" watever that means...but he felt of them n checked.

It is normal for one testicle to hang slightly lower than another. Also, it is normal for one testicle to be slightly larger than the other. Our bodies don't develop perfectly - not everything is the same size.
In fact, if you ask my hairdresser, she'll tell you she has to cut hair based on invisible lines, not reference points like your ear etc. because one ear can be lower than another one. This further proves the point of it being normal that other things like your testicles can be different sizes/hang differently.
You said you noticed some pain. Was that just an example of if you were to wrap your fingers, it would hurt? Because if you have unexplained testicle pain you need to see your doctor.
Also how big your balls are has little to do with how much you cum. Your cum is made up of less than 5% of what comes from your balls - the majority is made up of fluids from the prostate.
I don't know what your doctor meant by "really close" because you didn't tell us what context it was in.

The pain was only present if i grip it with my fingers and pulled to test the size of each and also to check for the cancer everyone says to do that atleast once monthly and feel them. Also with the doctor note. He was checking them and said u were really close whatever that meant. And also thank you for clarifying about the cuming question.

It is perfectly normal for one testicle to hang lower than the other and it can be on either side. it is more noticeable when you are warm and the balls are more mobile.
It is also normal for one testicle to be somewhat larger than the other , although not by mutliples.
If you apply more pressure to one than the other by tring to place your hand in the same position on the larger testicle then that will hurt. Squeezing your balls a lot will usually hurt. However, if it hurt just from light cupping of the ball, then this is not normal and you should see your doctor. Balls should not normally hurt. While you are there ask him what the "really close" bit means unless you already know.

im pretty sure all guys have one testicle lower than the other, whether it be an inch apart or more than one inch. Thats normal, But the part about the pain, you might want to get it checked out again.
