I had a 24 hour pass

So I was on a 24 hour pass today. And he tried to get me to eat glass. I was sitting on the train, and everyone was looking, at the scars, and the bandages, and the stitches. Truly a new low, I think.

It's hard. Hard to keep KBO-ing. I wish I hadn't left the hospital.

You're back in hospital though now aren't you? You're safe. You managed to call the doctor when you needed it and that takes strength. It shows you're getting better that you managed to hold him off while you waited for the doctors :)

If you wish you'd never left the hospital, maybe you could tell the doctors there that you think you're a danger to yourself if you leave. They'll keep you in until you're better, and you'll be able to ignore him, and he won't try and tell you what to do.
They're there for a reason, to help you. It might not be very nice, and it might be really hard, but once it's over you won't have to do this anymore.

its okay, these things happen dont they?? but you have to tell yourself, no i will do this, and you will in time...you just have to be patient with yourself,
