All my friends that found out, have promised not to say anything.. but things to distract me are not working, people arent texting or messagin back, I'm losing sleep since I am soo worried...

Its got to the point where I dont care who f'in knows as long as they dont try and get me in a mental institute even though thats where I feel I belong...

I have a concert tomorrow and thanks god its formal...

I just need help or a sign to tell me to stop or something to make it sink in...???

Just because you cut doesn't mean you belong in a mental instiute, there are lots of people here in the same position.
If distractions aren't working, try and get rid of your blades. It helps alot more on the road to stopping than any distractions.
