Ways you can make it look bigger is shaving the hair around it, supposedly. Penis enlargement treatments don't work though and it's much more likely you'll damage yourself than do any good. Don't try it, you'll end up breaking something.

None of that stuff works otherwise everybody with more than 50 bucks would have a foot long dick. If the plastic thing that you are thinking of is a pump then don't bother because it will only be bigger while your dick is in the pump because of the vacuum it creates and repeated use can cause serious vascular damage. Learn to love what you have - others will.

What you can do, is when you're semi (half hard, half soft) stretch it left, right, up, and down. These are "Penis enlarging exercises."

These do work, but you have to be constant, adn peform them daily. about 2 times a day, for 2 months. Don't expect to go from 4: to 10 though! This will only let you grow about 1 inch more

you can trim it and it may look larger, even thought in reality it really isnt. If you constantly use those pump thing you could pop a vein, possibly.

Shaving / trimming works well for some guys.

I'd be more worried about working out and having a good bod, taking care of your appearance overall. The size of your cock is really not that important for attracting people, and if you are worried about guys comments in the showers or whatever, remember some guys are show-ers, some are growers. The guy with the biggest cock in the shower is quite likely not to grow that much when hard, or might just have a semi ;-)
