If you are thinking about doing stuff with someone, I'm pretty sure it is best to be committed or best friends....but I am sometimes wanting the fun without commitment. Is this ok?

Sex within the context of a committed relationship is obviously better, it should really be an expression of love. However lots of people indulge in casual sex so your feelings are pretty normal. Casual sex carries more risk of picking up an STI, so always take good precautions if you go down that route. Also in my view casual sex is only ok if both people understand that's what it is, IMO its wrong to pretend love or feelings for someone just to get them into bed.

Weather its okay or not, is all up to you.
Personaly, I believe sex is something only two people in a committed relationship should share. Sex is so much better when there is love,passion,and trust involved.
I`ll admit, I have had a 'one night stand' before. Was it fun? yes. Do I regret it? Yes, and no. I regret the fact that I had sex with someone I hardly knew, it made me fell like a slut. I regret not being more careful (because obviously I could have obtained an STD, thankfully I didn`t.) At the same time,I don`t regret it because I feel that the experience proved to me that I enjoyed sex better, when commitment was involved.
Just remember that your body is a temple. Treat it with respect, and take care of it.

I agree with you. I also think girls want more commitment than guys in general. I can get
that--especially since we had our baby. I also now have to and want to be committed to him and help her with him. But........I really miss those less committed times with guys........and wish I had a boyfriend too just to see what it would be like. I wish I wasn't so mixed up.

i think casual sex is okay to be honest aslong as both people know its casual
people think it can be more thrilling and stuff.
but not luring girls in by 'Love' and compliments
hahaa :}
but i guess its better to be like that when your 18+
so i think your first is better with somebody you really love :)x

I wouldn't try thing's with a friend, I would rather be in a commited relationship that last's a long while. Only because, if I am going to do thing's with my partner, I want to remember that as a good memory and that I was faithful. Also, I think that trying thing's out with friend's could ruin your friendship making it more difficult to become friend's still.
I would much prefer a faithful, commited relationship that mean's something.
