Lol, it's said that hand size counts too. I have huge hands and comparatively small feet for my height. My shoe size is 8 1/2 in America terms, however my penis is not 6.85 inches. Though it is close. I know too many people with 10/11 sized shoes for this to work irrespective of the huge logic flaw biologically. The article I mentioned says that the average British shoe size is 9, which according to this would roughly equate to the average penis size being 7.25 inches. The maths doesn't work, and there's nothing biologically to say that this makes any sense.

This chart is not really accurate because the feet and the penis develop at different times.
Feet get bigger much earlier, and the penis develops a bit later. For example, a 12 year old can have size 9 shoes (quite likely), but will definitely have a penis over 7" long.
