Any kind of smoking 'weakens' your love machine and it just could be that you have so much shit in your body that something is messed up, but for you to suddenly lose the ability to orgasm that is not normal.. I suggest you dont smoke weed for a few weeks and eat healthily and wait like a week untill you masturbate again and if that dont work go see a doctor
