Late developing

Hi this is really embarasing but I'm 16 and i still only have a 3.5 " dick when errect:( , some pubic hair round my penis and a very little under my arm pits and I ejaculate slightly but WHATS WRONG WITH ME!!! i have been looking through the forums and no one else seem to be quite so late , do i have a problem?? i also have hard lumps under my nipples anyone know if this is puberty related??, thanks

don't worry you're just a late bloomer, things grow at a different rate so it's only a matter of time... just be patient.

dont worry man im a late bloomer to im 15 and am like the exact same as you except i dont even have rock in my nipples yet...lucky
