If you can try waxing but it is painful, maybe find out what your mom, older sister or best friend use, they can't ALL use raisers. Also if you are really close with an adult relative you could set up a spa day and do them then.
Another trick is to trim any hair that shows, leaving about an inch to half an inch so you can't nip the skin.
Happy Hair Removal (that sounded weired)

Great! thanks for the update. I was also looking for tips on hair removal. I used to have hair cream to remove hair from my armpit. However, I was able to get in touch with a doctor and I recently tried laser hair removal.

Shave it, don't be scared of the razor seriously. Apply the shaving cream and lift your arm up high, then use the razor slowly and you should be able to shave it, if you go slow it won't hurt and there is less chance of you cutting yourself. I don't suggest waxing or hair removal cream but that's probably just me. Laser is probably a good idea if you want to get rid of hair for a while but it is expensive and painful.
