Is it unusual that I am 16 and I just had my first sexual dream or wet dream? It was a really weird dream I don't even know who this girl was and ya lol. But ya is it weird me being 16 and having my first wet dream? Thanks.

That was probably the cause then.
Your body had an excess amount of fluid built up from you not masturbating, and it needed to get rid of it. Thus you having the wet dream.

Definitely, your body produces sperm and it has to get out one way or another. The chances are if you go back to your previous pattern of masturbation the wet dreams will stop, but there's no guarantee of that, some guys still get wet dreams anyway.
