Jethro Tull are a British rock group formed in 1967. Their music is characterised by the lyrics, vocals and flute playing of Ian Anderson, who has led the band since its founding, and the guitar work of Martin Barre, who has been with the band since 1969.
Initially playing blues rock with an experimental flavour, they have also incorporated elements of classical music, folk music, jazz and art rock into their music.
One of the world's best-selling music artists, the band has sold more than 60 million albums worldwide in a career that has spanned five decades.

I think it's funny how someone thinks Eminem is the greatest lyricist in the world when a man like Ian Anderson exists.

Sorry about lack in songs, but such a large catalog of albums is hard to post a song off of every album.

I like Jethro Tull, even though I don't listen to them on a regular basis. I really like "Cross Eyed Marry".

To be honest, I think it's a great song, but my least favorite on the Aqualung album.

Haven't listened to Jethro Tull for a while. Honestly, I think in terms of progressive rock they're better than Pink Floyd. Dealwithit.jpeg

Thick As A Brick is essential listening. Going to listen to it when the next pot of coffee is ready.

I personally think A Passion Play is a lot better then Thick as a Brick, out of personal taste.
