So i was at gym the other day.And suddenly my d*** went hard .Well,u might think wats so bad abt dat?wel i was in tiny gym shorts .Soon everyone was starin.SO EMBARASSIN!So av u guys gone thru this?

yeah I went through it at school, but mine was in the showers when I saw another guy bend over. I tried to cover it but it was obvious. A few guys gave me some crap about it, but it actually happens to most people and not cause they are gay or bi (which I am so it doesnt count for me :P) but just because it happens I guess

Random boners are a fact of life, especially in the earlier stages of puberty, they will ease off as you get older. Its a good idea to wear briefs or even a jockstrap under your gym shorts, that way if you do pop a boner it will not make such an obvious tent in your shorts.

yeahh i remember these times very well. Most embarrassing, they tend to ease off as you get older though.

Haha, that has never happened to me specifically... but it is totally normal and there are countless stories of it happening. Guys get erections at the most random and inconvenient of moments. Just leave the area if you are getting embarrassed or try and hide it in a waistband or something.

yea it happens to all of us, and also why at my school they recommend that boys were jock staps, athletic supporters, or compression shorts during gym/PE and for all sports of course. The good news is it well happen less often, and you'll be able to control it better in a few months.

Random erections, as most people said, start to decrease after time. It still happens to me,(I'm nineteen), but that may not be the case with you.

If so, don't worry about it. And I'm sure everyone else will forget about the incident after a while. If people give you crap about it, either ignore them or explain to them that it is natural for someone your age.

Like I said, it's all good. Certainly won't be the worst thing to happen in your life. ;-)
