The hole isn't too small but your skin might just not be flexible enough. Try slowly retracting for 5 minutes every night to the point where it's slightly uncomfortable but it doesn't hurt. It should loosen up. If not, see a doctor and they can prescribe some steroid creams or in a worst case scenario and a last resort sort out some kind of operation (a full circumcision won't be necessary, it's unlikely they'll do that)

i found that trying to retract whilst in a bath or shower for 5mins every night worked. Just take it little steps every night so that it doesn't cause pain.

Like the others have said, just try gradually stretching it once a day when you take a shower or bath. If that doesnt work then you will need to check with your doctor. Its important to be able retract the foreskin so that you can clean underneath it and for correct application of a condom. (btw, its 'glans' not 'glands')

It's just mild phimosis. Gradual stretching exercises with the foreskin should help. But you have to do it consistently, like once a day.

i believe you have to loosen the skin by pulling it back. hope that helps

Not neccessarily. To be a phimosis there needs to be some degree of sclerotic tissue which is what resists the movement. It is probably just "unstretched" in which case the exercises that you suggest will work.
