So I'm not sure if this goes here but I was wondering, cause I'm bi and I want to go out with this guy but I was just wondering is it illegal for a 16 year old to go out with a 19 year old? I mean this guy I really like but soon he will be turning 19 and I will be 16, I just wasn't sure if it was illegal. I mean just like kissing, no sex.

To answer your question: No, it isn't illegal... as long as it isn't anything forced, it isn't illegal. My 14 year old friend was *going out* with this 25 year old dude... she obviosly got cheated at, but shes just too dumb to admit it lol.. anyways, no it isn't illegal

I think its punishible since he reached over a minors age.But it may be ok where you live.

Im pretty sure that any adult, age 18+, having any sort of relationship like that with a minor, is illegal. If you ever do have sex and someone found out, the adult could be charged with statutory rape, not good, means jail time. So as long as you are safe and everything's alright, just keep it quiet and it should be okay.
