As a gay guy, wouldn't worry me. Attracttion for me is about a package (personality and looks that match what i personally like) and a guy having 1 ball wouldn't even worry me, its hard enough getting all the boxes ticked lol.

If it worried you to the state you have to ask girls if it would put them off, you could always consider an implant.

But why would you? I think having one testicle is interesting. It's different, it's unique, it's harmless, it's private to you and your lover, so why worry about it?

Now it could bother a girl who wants a child, because since you only have one testicle your fertility suffers a little bit. That's a thing you'd have to sort out with someone who wants to have children with you.

But, in my opinion, it shouldn't bother anyone. I don't see why it would - it's not your fault.

You said it's been like that since birth so I assume your doctor knows about this. If he doesn't, you could find that it's an undescended testicle - see, people are wrong when they say that you haven't gone through puberty by saying "your balls haven't dropped yet" - your balls drop in the womb. There are some guys out there who have 1 or 2 undescended testicles but they didn't find out until they were teens or adults! So, this is just a suggestion.
