Well I guess when I've seen it in porn the guys are going to have at least 8" and its rare for those guys to be really rigid. I'm gay, so, well, you can imagine it needs to be firmer than might be the case for straight sex. Its possible to wank to orgasm without a full erection, so maybe your friends are harder at other times.
