It has nothing to do with sexuality (unless maybe it is directed at yourself, in which case congrats on the good self-esteem! =D). There are nerve endings in our skin (some in more places, like the nipples, than others) and that's why you enjoy it. The reasons one person enjoys one place over another are complex and, to be honest, not one answer can be given.
