ok, this is going to sound weird but still.

I know iam skinny, im a 30" waist (need belt but not quite 29") i can see my hips and ribs well, yet i constantly feel fat and that i want to be thinner, being a 30" waist is not good enough, i want to be a 29" or 28". I try to eat as little as possible, yet i love chocolate etc.

I dont wear jackets, because they make me feel fat.
One of the main reasons i feel this is my chest, i do not have moobs or anything like that, but my chest bone dips so it looks like i do, whenever i see this i imediatly get down and feel fat. i weigh myself every 2nd day and i get angry if i weigh more.

could this be the signs of a disorder?

Yeah it sounds like it could be. If you feel fat, yet know you're not and you eat as little as possible then it does sound like an eating disorder.
Also the obsession with your weight and when you weigh yourself is pretty indicative of a disorder.

I was the same and I still do sometimes think to myself that I can't have one, so I understand.
The best thing you can do to help is to try and take away any habits or obsessions you have to do with weight and eating. Try to stop weighing yourself and if you count calories try to stop doing this.
I've seen in your other posts that you see a councillor? Could you possibly mention it to them?

Then maybe you can talk to your brother about it?

Just sayin', the right jacket will make you look super cute, not fat. If it makes you look fat, IT'S THE WRONG JACKET! :P

I agree with Fiction.

With Eating disorders, people are often bothered by any type of wait or fat, muscular or not.
