Would "wet" be too obvious of an answer? It's a warm, wetness stimulating all the nerve endings in the penis. It feels pretty amazing. It's a somewhat odd position to be in -- kind of dominant in a way but also prone. It's novel, but probably not too far from what you imagine.

Well, separate from the orgasm (pulsing, pleasurable contractions), it basically just feels like how you'd expect shooting wet liquid to feel. Not completely different from urination.
