When I get extremely anxious I feel sick and force myself to throw up, to make me feel better. I try to when I feel like I've eaten too much. I can't get vomit up for a majority of the time, which I guess is good. I guess it's not damaging me too much. However my throat hurts a lot afterwards. My stomach also hurts and if I can't throw up, it makes me feel even worse if I have tried. My question is how can I stop this nauseousness? How can I stop feeling like I need to throw up?
