I'm 6 foot 3 and I'm 15 I weigh about 160 - 165 and I have NO muscle. I have an outline of abs but I'd like to get my abs more noticeable and I'd like to get my arms waaaayyy bigger. I just bought some protein stuff, but my dad won't let me use his weights because he's being dumb. So does anyone have any suggestions on what I could do to gain some muscle?

Not sure what muscles exactly but for abs you can obviously do sit-ups. Arms you could jog as it does work your arms a bit and basically the whole body,(Better than on a treadmill. Also easier from my perspective) but I can't think of anything else that you can do since your dad doesn't let you use his weights. If you ever get any weights you can use them in way of as if you were running, just moving your arms up and down like you'd do when you run. Good for the triceps I think. Also, normal weight lifting helps. Start off with light weights and up to heavier ones as you progress and be careful with that protein and creatine BS. It'll fuck you up later in life if you ever stop working out. Natural is the best. Hope this helped you.

You're 15 theres not really a need for you to have big bulging muscles but if you want to and you can't use weights you could always do it the old fashion way. Just eat right (burns excess fat so you can see your abs better) and do sit ups (abs) pull ups (biceps) curl ups (triceps) lunges/squats (legs) and planks (abs) it will take longer but it could show your dad that your dedicated and maybe he'll let you lift weights.
