Hello
Looking for some advise, I have been going to the gym for the last 6 months but as it is a new year I really want to push on. As like everyone I would love to have a 6 pack I have the outline just but you have to look hard lol.
Here are some information that you might need to know:
Age 21
Weight 12st 1lb = 77 KGS
Height 6 foot 3 inches = 1.83 m
BMI 23.0
BODY FAT 14.1 %
BODY FAT MASS 11.0 KGS
I go to the gym 3 –4 times a week and have only notices small differences since I have joined.
Is this because of my diet?
I also play football ( soccer ) 2 times a week as well.
Should I also drink protein shakes after I have been to the gym will this help me?
Any advise will be great!
