Can someone tell me if this is normal

I have like a overgrowth on my my testicle that kind of seems like a pimple but it doesnt feel like one, so i dont know if i should pop it or what please someone help me out here & yes the overgrowth is large & im pretty sure its not normal to have on testicle so I Need Help

Most likely is a hair that is growing, and maybe it got infected or something... don't play around with it, because it'll hurt, and feel uncomfy... just leave it there and it will go away

u should get it checked out because it could be an infection (my brother knows all about that)
