Sorry if they are the wrong way, couldnt be arsed making them rotate. :L
And the camera flash made them kinda hard to see. :/

Yeh so the way I drew these were like very simple cause I think I draw well this way.
Thus I'll not comment on how (dis)similar the style is from the original manga. Anyway, there are still lots to say, IMHO...

Lined paper: Don't. Use. That. It is disturbing both for you and for us. Always use white paper with no lines or squares on it. Even recycled colored paper is a better choice.

Erase and clean whenever necessary. If you can't erase, cover with a patch of paper, and redraw. Switch to erasable tools (pencil or erasable ink) to make your sketches, and reserve permanent ink to the final stage of the drawing. Leaving mistakes visible (for example, in the letters of the Mello portrait) make your drawings look rushed and dirty.

Regular shapes: You should be more careful at drawing regular shapes and volumes - a circle needs to be drawn as a circle, and not as a potato. Again, that's the kind of thing that makes the difference between the "he made it carefully" and the "he rushed it" feelings.

Shades and volumes: Consider adding some shading to represent the volumes, so your characters don't look flat. Also, don't forget that characters are not 2D - they are 3D figures, so don't forget that not all elements should be drawn straight in the same plane as the sheet itself.

Stick to the original characters: If you are drawing characters from another artist, you have to use their original elements so people can recognize them, regardless of the style used. In several of your drawings, it would be impossible to guess who the character is without seeing their name written.

Overall, I'd say that even if the idea of representing the characters in a quite original style is appealing, I can't help thinking that you tried to draw way too fast and, as a result, the resulting quality suffered and sends a feeling of lazy work. I'd suggest you to have a look at Order of the Stick (http://www.giantitp.com/), where the artist did a great job with stick figure characterization.

Sorry if they are the wrong way, couldnt be arsed making them rotate. :L
You could have made that effort - rotating a picture 90 or 180° takes about 10 seconds in any picture manipulation/viewer program... If you want people to be interested in your art, you should at least show them you really want to share them.

And the camera flash made them kinda hard to see. :/
No worries, they are still quite visible. If you really have trouble with some pics, just increase the image contrast afterwards, that should help. You can also instead turn off the flash of your camera and increase ambient light.
