Im not sure where else this goes so i saw some other similar ones to this. Ok so im a 13 year old GUY. And i feel like a bus. I eat pretty normally and i think better than all my friends. They all eat chips when i eat fruit. Im above average height for my age group. And i exercise pretty regularly. I do three 2 1/2 session of trampolining a week as a minimun. I thought i was ok im primary school and then for this year in high skool i totally crashed. In the change rooms i saw other guys had pecks and six packs. I had to suck my stomach in slightly to see some muscle. I started freaking out and then we do PE and my PE teacher hates me. I often skip PE because i cant face changing and one day he commented on how i will get fat if i dont do PE. And me being me im super sensistive and went and balled my eyes out in the bathroom for a whole period.:whoops: And then the other day at trampolining i guy who i particularly dislike was sitting next to me as we do strenth. (what we do to keep us in some excuse for a human being) and we were doing sit up and when sitting up my shirt had rolled up slightly and i had rolls. The guy next to me yelled out, "Loose some weight tubby." And i went home and didnt go to training the next week. So yeah i do ok at sport but i'm not skinny like the other guys. Then around a month ago i got really sick with a vomiting virus. And i spent 2 or 3 nights in a row leaning over a bucket or toilet. Then after i got better people were saying how it looked like i had lost weight. And then after i tried really had to get sick again because i wanted people to say i had lost weight again. So i would so things like go the shops and touch everything and eat something without washing my hands. Then i vomited up one night and tried again and achieved diahreaha (I think thats how u spell it, sorry) And then to top it all off i have my super skinny younger brother with an extreamly high metablolism who eats so much junk and stays super skinny. So i was wondering is their any way to look or get super skinny quickly. I was 63kg before sickness. 52.5kg after sickness and now 59kg again.

Oh and i tried using a toothbrush to poke my uvula to vomit but i couldnt

Ok, well getting skinny quickly is not an option. If you are going to loose weight you have to do it in a healthy way.

If you do it anyway that is "quick" you will just cause damage to your body, and you may be skinnier but you won't be healthier, you you will destroy your muscles in the process.
Trying to make yourself sick is not good at all. It damage your vital organs and cause serious health problems for you.

WORKOUT! Run! Do push ups! Exercise!
Puking isn't gonna help
Go to PE and get exercise.
You want pecks? Then you have to earn it!
Its your choice. buddy. ^_^

Every teenager experiences peer pressure in terms of body image and mutual comparison with peers, making yourself so skinny that you can see bone though (which will happen if you continue trying to make yourself throw up and lose unhealthy amounts of weight) is more unattractive than having a little padding. You don't want to be "super skinny," in fact a lot of guys like a more rounded off guy. Eat a decent amount, and exercise a decent amount. The important thing is getting a balance.

If you care enough, go to a gym and book some appointments with a personal trainer with whom you can discuss your goals and what is a healthy way to get there. Losing a little weight is fine but losing a lot to a point where you're "super skinny" will just do you damage. I can't really write you up a diet and exercise routine here, but if you work it out safely for yourself I think it's the best way. If you want abs and pecks, once again just go to a gym and build muscle or just do exercises on your bathroom floor from YouTube or something, it is possible.

We can't really tell if 60kg or so is healthy for you as we don't know your height which is important when working things like that out. If you skip PE, it won't help you either. Just be sensible or you'll do yourself more harm and will end up worse, don't go anorexic and don't get addicted to exercise.

Dnt lose weight quickly becuase you will put weight back on just as quick !
only eat three meals a day and do not have snacks
If you snack eat fruit ! ^_^
Join a gym ... do things like stomach crunchies these are work on your stomach :)

Actually, snacking is healthy for the body. You should eat 3 healthy meals a day at around 500 calories each, and then a few snacks. Although i'm not suggesting you count calories. That's a bad idea.

Yes, DO snack. It helps regulate your metabolism. Don't make them big or high-calorie snacks, if so space them out more, but you can even eat a small snack every hour or to or so, as long as it doesn't go over. Like a half cup of grapes or something.

Never skip breakfast as well. Eat as soon as possible when you get up to kick-start your metabolism.
