Nothing comes out but alittle whimper. So I pull my hair, shut my eyes, and hope to god these flashbacks stop before I go insane. All I can hear is her telling me to grab the blade, let it dig real deep,make him stop. The horror will end when I feel that explosion of pain. Get a lighter. Make him burn. She digs her nails into my brain, and I cave.

Im trapped inside my own mind. How the hell am I supposed to get this to stop? She controls me.

Like Kathy said, I'd recommend maybe seeing a professional, you dont want to seriously hurt yourself when 'she' takes control.
