I slept for 20 hours...is that normal? Was it because of my depression maybe?
Plus, the only thing I've from 12/31-1/2
is some fries, some chips, a few pieces of cantelope & grapes and salad.
Why am I becoming like this again?

Sleeping and appetite changes are both a sign of depression. You should talk to your parents or your psychiatrist about this. You need help.

Overtired? Whenever I get really bad I can sleep for days and still be exhausted. I know it's tough, but try to stay awake for one more hour each day until you reach a normal 10 hours a night. It takes a lot but you can do it. And you don't have to eat tons of food. If you aren't a vegetarian or vegan eat some sandwich ham or turkey, just a couple of pieces. It's better for you than carbs and fills you up more, as long as you start eating more as you feel better. :)
