I have always had a high level of anxiety (genetic: my sister (10) worries if she will die every night, and about everything and my parents just play it off like its no big deal after I've discussed with them how she needs to see a psychatirist).
Anyway, I always have something to worry about. A year ago this anxiety manifested in mouth ulcers, but they've slowed down. I've tried to do everything to curb this anxiety, ie. drinking tea, breathing, exercise, relaxation, taking baths (it also helps my mild RLS (im a wreck :( )). Recently I've had a few events that have revved up my anxiety level which was there up until the events, which all worked out well, and I felt no symptoms until 2 days after. I wouldn't stop worrying about things. I'm anxious now and I don't even know what about. I have chest pains, anxious feelings in my stomach, loss of appetite and its 3 days after the event that I was anxious for. I have nothing now to be anxious for but its like an anxiety hangover thats showing no signs of slowing down.
What should I do?
