Body acne

I have acne on my shoulder blades and fore arms. I can't stand it, and I just want to know if girls really give a fuck if guys have acne like that.
So do they?

Judging by what I see at school, they really don't. Even the kids with the worst acne consistently have girlfriends. I'm sure they know it's uncontrollable and while it's never really attractive, there's not much to be done about it.

Ive never had bad acne / spots
but i dated a guy who had acne on his back ...
not really bad ...
but i gave a bj to so it really didnt bother me !x
