yea, i know a girl with stomach hair. its just apart of puberty, both girls and guys generally get hair in the same places, stomach, armpit, legs, and pubic. Just shave it, but yea i agree, stomach hair on a girl is a tad gross.

Everyone has stomach hair, just some darker than others. It is completely normal, nothing to worry about. If it bother you too much, Im sure you could get it removed - but it is nothing to be ashamed of.

I have stomach hair too, it's downy and soft and very light so you cant see it, everyone, girl and boy, has it. Dont fret over it :)

And it is not gross at all! You shouldny have to feel bad about it, but I know how some things can bother you like that, so you could either get it waxed (probably not a fantastic idea) or maybe have a laser hair removeal, but that is pretty expensive yet permanet! DO NOT SHAVE IT OFF! If you do that, it will grow back darker and more prickly and you will have to shave it a lot, shaved hair grows back fasy. It will drive you insane do not shave it!

It isn't actually darker, it appears darker because the tip is flat rather than small and pointed. Shaving does not affect the hair in any way other than removing it.

All right popo, you can say that, whatever, but it does =/
And you really dont need to be all scientific about it, okay maybe it isnt technically darker, but it looks darker - which is what matters here...

Aryadorable, my advice is still dont shave it, and dont worry about it. It is normal and if you really feel bothered, try waxing.

my sister has the same exact thing, problem is she never shaves at all so yeah to me she's like my second brother. lol
if i were you i would wax because each time you shave, it comes back thicker and darker. a way to slow hair growth down is to try not to eat red meats because the hormones in the meat tend to add make you more hairer

Ok, first of all shaving makes the hair thicker and stubbly. DO NOT SHAVE IT! If it bothers you that much your best bet is to have it waxed. Waxing gets a bad press with the pain and everything. But the hairs get thinner, less noticeable and eventually the number of hairs are reduced. They also take longer to grow back and you wont have to wax very often.

Yeah stomach hair is normal . . . but i have a penis . . . so thats prolly why i have it. its no big deal if you just shave it as regularly as you shave your legs, then it will be out of the way.
