I have completly lost the ability to feel emotions. The one time i can feel anything is when i use certain stimulating "substances". What do i do?

Feeling "numb" is pretty common. I know i've felt it before, and it is a horrible feeling.
It's usually triggered by something in your life, or many things going wrong at once. If this is the case for you is there anyway you can solve the things making you feel like this? Or is it something that will go away by it's self?

Feelings of numbness and emptiness are hallmark symtoms of depression. A lot of people think it means just being sad but there's so much more to it than that. This might not last for too long but then again, it might be a long term thing. If it gets too hard, try asking the people around you for help, I'm sure someone will want to. Just try and decide where you want to go from here. Good luck.
