i have always been the type of person that never got angry over anything or liked to fight. If anyone ever calls me something or pushes me i just hold it in and move on but lately i have been flipping out over every little thing like in class we had to pass in an assignment we did on loose leaf and when i took it out of my binder there was a small wrinkle on the paper and i comletly flipped out ....whats with that?

That sounds a little obsessive. Is it other little things that are annoying you? Like the wrinkles in the paper? Or is it other, bigger things.
If it's the smaller things like that you should take a look at OCD and other obsessive disorders.
If it's the bigger things too then maybe it's a build up of tension? If you've got a lot of things going on, it can effect your temper. Maybe you should find away to let your emotions out, such as writing, playing an instrument or singing. Anything you enjoy.

Then you need to try and find out what is bothering you. Try and figure out what it is that's making you annoyed, maybe keep a diary of your moods and try to figure out what happened at the time of them, and if there are any similarities.

I would say this sounds like OCD but.. it almost sounds like the time I had a dream I was doing heart surgery. In my dream there was a complication and it took seven hours to put it right, then another surgeon said to me 'Eh.. you could have just done this-' and in my dream I flipped out and then I woke up. When I woke up I was laughing in a really psychotic way(like when you tell a teacher you forgot to do the essay, and they laugh and the FLIP) then I got really angry, I was hyperventilating, pulling my hair out of my head, kicking everything in sight. I knew it had only been a dream, but I couldn't calm down because I was so pissed off.
I know it's not the same, but in both cases we flipped out over nothing, knowing it was nothing yet still got over the top.
I can't put into words how crazy the experience was. I was not normal. It doesn't sound that bad but it was :/

This doesn't sound like OCD to me, it sounds like something else, more like OCPD if anything. I think you're upset about something and you're using these minor irritations as an outlet for your rage. It doesn't sound like you gave a crap about that piece of paper but maybe it was the thing that pushed you over the edge.
If something's causing you major stress and difficulty in your life be it school or work or friendships or whatever, try and find a constructive way of dealing with them and see how it goes.

You flipped out over tearing your paper a bit? Hmm, it does sound like you are being dramatic, but in the case that you mentioned being picked on somewhat before and just holding it in, could explain that I guess.
