ok, so im like always hungry atm when im at home, normally i can ignore it, and i do, but recently ive bn sooo hungry wayy more than normal, its horrid, ive put on weight and i really hate it, is there anyway to stop my self being hungry all the time, and lose this weight?

Ok.. try eating bigger portions so your not wanting to snack....and if you do snack eat something healthy (as you always should be) so that it doesn't hurt your weight.

As for losing that extra weight eat healthy and do some sort of physcical activity (riding a bike, walking etc.)

i do try to snack heatly but some time i just need suger, but then i need like loads at a time :P , bigger portions? ive bn trying to make them smaller!!

ive bn eating healthy and exersicing a bit but not alot tbh, i should step that up but i sooo dont have the time :(

would anyone think if i got sme doet pills tht would b bad? just to help me along

No! No diet pills.. those are just ready to cause problems.... Try walking placing instead of driving. Maybe try and get a short mile jog in..and sugar....just hold your self back. It's all in your head.

Diet pills make you sick, so sick that you start throwing up... it can go on for weeks and weeks... those really suck...
I've heard that people who play sport eat little, but they eat like 4 or 5 times a day... I think that my sience teacher told me that it was healthier... who knows...

It's to do with your metabolism, it is better to eat small amounts of healthy food every 4 or 5 hours. This keeps your metabolism steady and energy is more evenly distributed throughout the day. People who eat like this are typically more likely to lose weight than those who skip meals or eat one HUGE meal a day.
