An anal douche is just a water pump basically and you only use water, an enema often has either a salt solution or other laxative which empties the upper as well as lower colon. Most healthcare practitioners (who weigh in on the subject) say that enemas are far too invasive for anal sex.
To answer the original poster, yummy630, this is the obvious problem with anal stimulation, isn't it? It's a gross topic, but since you asked, let's talk about it:

There are a few things you can do:
Let's not worry about an enema. Let's just talk about anal douching - basically you buy this thing that looks like a small, fat turkey baster (it's called an "anal douche"). You fill it with semi-warm water, squirt it in your butt, pull out, and then push out the water you just put in there. The thing is, you'd have to buy one of these, and that would be a little embarrassing and difficult to do. Plus, you just want to try anal fingering, right? Buying an anal douche is a really hard way to just TRY something.

So instead, you could wait to try anal masturbation until you have a hard stool (solid poop). Since it's solid it'll leave a lot less in there and anal masturbation will be less gross.

There's another option, you could also use your finger to pre-pick out stuff before you masturbate, but that's the grossest way.

Any way you do this, it's going to be at least a little gross.

About pepjack's answer, if you do decide to use an anal douche, don't make the water too hot. Keep it lukewarm to warm. The membrane inside of the anus is fragile and sensitive - you don't want to scorch your insides.

Generally its much cleaner inside than you expect. To add to MoveAlong's 'poop' comment, if its a day when they come out clean on the outside (not much wiping) its clean on the inside, if its a messy day, well dont go there. If you're really bothered at the though, just put a condom on your finger, problem solved.
