Its nature, there's not much you can do about it. If you wear boxers try switching to briefs, they will hide it better. If you might get teased for wearing briefs wear them under the boxers. Anyway she should take it as a compliment if she notices, it would be more of a worry if you didnt get a boner.

I know it's embarrassing, but have your friends ever said anything about it? I'm sure they really don't notice it, or if they do, they probably care less, as it most likely has happened to them at some point too. It's kind of hard to keep from getting hard when you're that turned on to someone- the only thing I can really think of is to maybe wear a long sweater or a coat and sort of hide it- that's what I do if it happens to me lol.

I don't think you can stop yourself from getting turned on, but you could try wearing tighter underwear. Briefs will hopefully compress the amount that it shows.
