My 14 year old cousin who is a girl asked me if I can finger her... So I did that and I got a blowjob as a reward but I feel guilt inside me because she's my family.

What is "normal" these days? One can only hinder. This is a risky situation because family and close friends may get very worked up about it. You are both very young -presuming you are 14 as well as her- and this can look very wrong to some people but it is legal for first cousins to marry in your state of California: as in in other states.
Feelings can get all tangled up and askew in situations as such so be careful. Family may become very distraught if they found out and could cause unsought problems. At your age, things may slip and the wrong people may find out: I urge caution.

It's not normal. I'd say it was inappropriate.

"normal". i don't think there is such a thing that people can truely know. i'm sure most people won't find it "normal" interacting with cousins like that but that's them. guess it all matters to you to consider it "normal". if it was strange and you feel like you should never ever do it again then don't, if not then yeah. no one can really stop you, jus don't get in trouble and be really safe about it...

Sex and marriage between cousins is legal in many parts of the world (including here in the UK and around half the states of America) and in some cultures, particularly those that practice arranged marriages, its common. However that doesnt mean your family would approve or be very happy about it if you got found out.

Couldn't have said it better if I were writing a thesis for a doctorate.
