You have to have to have 100 posts and be a member for 3 months until you can post VM's freely, until then they have to be approved by moderators.

I don't think post count should be affected by it..

There are active members on the site who talk to people, they just don't post much. It should be more like time you've been an active member.

I disagree, some do not use this site responsibly. Even with the PM limit, they're still caught, but it delays them and more time for us to see them and handle it, before anything say should happen. It's okay if people are here to talk as long as they're here in the rules. There are privileges to gain and I think it's a good incentive, but also helps us staff see who is unsavory. The VM limit is 250 posts with 90 membership. You will all be completely aware of any changes or upcoming things, soon.
