I'm not sure if I should be posting this here, but whatever.

Okay, so about a year back I was diagnosed with depression. I honestly think that maybe it was stress but who knows? Anyways, I was put on Prozac for a while and was on 30mg daily. I felt numb and just awful all the time so in May I said, "Fuck this, it's not helping." So they took me off really early and now I'm experiencing a relapse and a new unexplained case of paranoia.

I get this weird feeling, it's as if everyone's constantly watching me and they can tap into my thoughts and dreams and actions. It's just so weird.

I had experienced a lack of guilt when I was younger, I don't know if I'm growing into it now or something, but it's safe to say I don't have really anything to be guilty for except the occasional stealing from like a store or something for a little bit of a rush. (Just can't help myself.)

I've also never done any drugs. So I can say that it's not from that.

So I was wondering if anyone else experienced something similar...or maybe it's another disorder (which is highly unlikely) ?

Thanks.

I've never experienced this. Maybe you should go back to your doctor and discuss with him about this. They may be able to try you on different meds :)

Yea, I get really paranoid sometimes. It would help if you talked to your doctor about it. They just increased my depression meds-as it helps with anxiety.

How severe is it? A degree of paranoia is normal, for example, a suspicion that other people can read your thoughts. Do you genuinely believe these things and are they causing you a significant amount of distress? If so you may have something other than depression and should mention it to your doctor. Hope all works out. :)

I'm a little scared to try that, I don't want them to throw me back into the hospital. I'll try to ask hypothetically or something.

It's severe, intense and frequent and it causes me a lot of distress. I hope I don't, I really hope I don't.

Thank you anyways, guys.
