foreskin really tight?

hey i'm 15 nd my foreskin is really tight,
i used to be able to retract it over the head but really recently its shrunk,
really fast in fact, its taken a couple of months and now i can't pull it back much at all.

is this a problem? like, should i see a doctor or something...?
i've researched phimosis but i'm still not quite sure.

Had the same problem when I was 11 (embarassing) went to doctor and he fixed it it does involve whipping it out for the doctor n they do have to touch it... But the doc said it was important for sexual health when u get older.

about the other question; sometimes in males its sometimes unusual for the penis to grow and the skin doesnt stretch along with it but it does happen. I had a friend once with that happening and he went to the doctor about it, who diagnosed it as a medical condition. some steroid cream was issued to him for use. Eventually his foreskin did catch up in the growth and it went back to normal.

shouldn't worry about it to be honest, every person is different. If it isn't causing you any pain when using the penis (sex, urination, etc) then i wouldn't see a need for a doctor, just wait and see what happens.

if it doesn't get any better within a month or so, then i would see about getting to a doctor for some steroid cream.
