how do you know if a guy is gay? i am gay and i dont really know anyone else who is. i want a relationship, dating etc. but i havent met anyone

Some people give off certain signs but other gay people, like me, act very straight. So unless you ask you will never know. Just don't come out by saying "are you gay?" - try to make it more sensitive

The easiest way to know is to be told by the person himself. Befreind him and once you think your close enough ask him. Theirs no specific way a gay person act s so its going to be difficult to tell if hes gay by just looking at him.

A lot of the time, you seem to get some "intuition" that they might be gay. If you want to go and meet other gay people, try to be friends with someone who you think might be gay, and then sort of bring up the subject casually. I mean, if they're not gay, but still really cool- you've at least got a good friend, and everyone can always use supportive friends :) And obviously places online like VT is another awesome way to meet fellow gay teens :)

Uhhg, I always have trouble with this. I tend to think that if they care about how they look and dress in any way (like dyeing hair or put together specific outfits) then they are gay. but I have been wrong many, many, times... awkward. :D

to really find out if someone is gay, hang out with them and see what happens. talk, hang out, txt, whatever. if you feel some kind of connection, ask them or tell them that you are gay and see their reaction. or ask them how they feel about gay people. if they are fine, tell them that you are. but hanging out is the key thing to do to find out if someone is gay or not.

Making friends is the best way, even if they aren't gay, maybe get close enough to them to share that you are...they might know some people that are to share with you as friends...the wider your circle of friends, the better your chances of finding people that are!

Some guys will just act really weird around anyone if they're gay (usually the ugly looking ones .no offence to anyone here.):D

The only way you can tell is if you ask. Ive picked up signals from people who I think are gay, but always in the end it turns out im wrong. I have found that people who acts like the stereotypical gay person, is just as straight as anyone else.

THe only way to know for sure is to ask. But like others said above, be sensative about it. Dont just cut to the chase and ask about it. That will make it more akward then it should be.
