Well, if your brother knows that you two are together then you can talk to him about getting some more time with your bf, or the route im guessing you don't want to take is talk to your bf. After all you are going out and if he's smart he'll realise you two are together and so you should be spending time together.

Just ask him to set time for the both of you. It's hard going out with friends of siblings but you can make it work.
