I'm interested in photography, and I like taking photos.

But, am I ok at it, or am I awful? What could I improve on!?

Why do the amazing photographers think they're crappy, and the crappy ones think they're the shit?

That's awesome

That one is angled poorly. I'dve put it further down to see less of the horizon, or had it going from the ground up.

Scott, I know Bristol well and love the shots.

I'm going to give you what I hope is fair criticism in the true sense of the word. Come back to me, talk to me if you want to argue or ask me to explain further.

I think you have a great eye for a shot. Probably better than me. I'm jealous of that. That cant be taught, that is natural talent. To take that further you now need to learn some technique. In particular you need to understand the importance of depth of field. You deserve a better camera and to learn how to use it. You need an SLR.

Some people might think I'm being negative. No, I'm not. You have talent here, not just snapshot talent, real talent, but you need to step up a level to move on.

Happy to talk further if you want.

One thing i might add is that some of the stuff looks abit run off the mill, picnik'd kinda stuff. Maybe go through it all and choose only your best?
still, some sickk stuff there

i really like the photos but to me i feel as they have all been done before i think if you were to get some creative photos something out of the ordinary along with the ones you have you can be really big people will disagree with me on this but if you were to create a portfolio and try and get a job there isnt going to be much to stick out and make them really go ohh and aww
