Bumps under shaft?

Im 16 and I have bumps under my penis. Ive never done anything but make out with a girl and I was wondering what it could be and how I can get rid of them just in case i get lucky sometime ;)

They could be hair follicles and there wouldn't be a way of removing them -that I'm aware of- It's nothing to be worried about.

you cant get rid of them, but they are normal, no worries.
