Ok, so I have a crush on this guy... and it's been serious for like 4 months now. I'm extremely shy... so I won't attempt to ask him out. He's done really cute things such as play with my hair, start random staring contests, and stolen my books. He does it in such a flirty way that I feel my cheeks burning... haha. So all of the sudden, his brother's girlfriend came up to me and said, "I know who J likes!" I said, "Who?" hoping it was me... but when the name she said slipped out of her mouth, I wanted to run. "Ann! J likes Ann! Isn't that adorable????" I just kept walking. Ann. My best friend since kindergarten. The one who wouldn't talk to a boy if it was to save her life. So can someone please tell me why he likes her when he doesn't even talk to her?? Because... I can't believe I'm admitting, but I think I'm in love.......

Thanks for reading

It's only a disaster if you let it be one :) I personally haven't yet had this exact predicament. But I know that by keeping your head level, you can avoid being completely heart broken.

Thanks for the replies. I just feel like he's the one and only... and everything i dreamed is being swallowed up. I thought maybe he's saying he likes her to throw me off... but I don't know... I've sort of ruled that out. I think what ever happens will happen and I'm going to have to deal with it. :)

I've personally been 'in love' with the same boy for years, even while he was dating a very good friend of mine. They've broken up and according to another friend I should be 'all over it' but I'm not. You'll find that perhaps you do love this boy, but it may not be as romantic as you think. My relationship with Dylan (the boy who I love) is purely platonic and the best thing for both of us. We are best friends, and it works out wonderfully for us both. Besides, 15 is awfully young to find your one and only ;) Give it some time and let it resolve itself.

One of my favorite things to remember is this quote (I think it's from an older Brad Pitt movie, but whatev): If a problem can be solved there is no use worrying about it. If it can't be solved, worrying will do no good. So just let it be and don't worry too much about it because in the end the issue will resolve itself (:

Guys are usually to shy to talk to the girl they like
so they get close to there bestfriends so they have an excuse to be around them
but ide hope for the best that she doesnt go out with him
otherwise it'll end up in a weird love triangle
and itss really weird
trust me its hppened to me
good luck -vikix

Has he actually admitted it,or was it just your brothers girlfriend?
Cause if he hasnt admitted it, theres a chance it might not be true. :3

He never admitted it... so it's a possibility! :)
