TB not being recognized?

I've got a 1TB harddrive, its a Lecie or whatever. Its been used before on a Mac and now that I need it to work on a PC, it will not recognize. I tried putting it on a Mac that has both Windows and Mac sides and it worked once I restarted and switched to the Mac side. So if anyone has any hidea on how to make it recognize on a PC, it would be much appreciated.

Is it listed as a drive in Disk Management?
(Start> Run/searchbox> diskmgmt.msc)

EDIT:
Also, if you used the Mac to format the drive with the HFSplus file system, you'll need to re-format the drive in either exFAT or NTFS (Preferably NTFS). Please note that re-formatting the drive will erase anything you've already put on the drive.
